Terms And Conditions
Booking Policy
Reservation Guarentee : Requires at least 50% advance payment
while making a booking. The advance amount will be non-refundable if the booking
is cancelled.
Cancellation Policy : Cancellations made up to 3 days prior to
the check-in date are accepted. Late cancellations may incur charges.
No-Show Charges : If the guest does not arrive, one night’s
stay or the full booking amount may be charged.
Check-In / Check-Out
Check-In Time : 01:00 PM
Check-Out Time : 11:00
AM.
Early Check-In / Late Check-Out : Subject to
availability and may incur additional charges.
Payment & Charges
Accepted Payments : Credit cards, debit cards, cash, or online
payment links are accepted.
Additional Charges :Applicable for mini-bar usage, room
service, laundry, or other extra services availed during the stay.
Taxes : All rates are exclusive of applicable government
taxes
unless otherwise mentioned.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Non-Refundable Policy :-
* Payment must be made in advance at the time of reservation.
* If you cancel within 24 hours before check-in, no refund will be issued.
Partial Refund Policy :-
* Payment must be made upfront or as a deposit.
* If cancelled more than 48 hours before check-in, 50% of the amount will be
refunded.
* Refund percentage may decrease as the check-in date approaches.
Refund Method :-
* Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original mode of payment
within 7–10 business days.
Guest Conduct & Safety
* All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of
check-in.
* Accepted ID proofs: Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, or Passport.
* Note: Failure to provide valid ID proof may result in denial of accommodation
as per Resort policy.
* Guests must behave respectfully and avoid causing disturbance to other guests
or Resort staff.
* The Resort reserves the right to cancel a booking or ask a guest to leave if
any inappropriate behaviour is observed.
Resort Property & Responsibility
* Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage caused to Resort
property
during their stay.
* Please ensure the safety of your personal belongings. The Resort shall not be
responsible for any loss, theft, or
damage to valuables left unattended.
* Items left behind will be kept in lost & found for a limited period. Guests
may contact the Resort to claim them.
Liability Disclaimer
* The Resort shall not be liable for any personal injury, illness, loss, or
damage that occurs during the stay, unless
directly caused by the Resort’s negligence.
* In case of unforeseen circumstances (natural disaster, government
restrictions, etc.), the Resort reserves the right to
cancel or modify bookings.
Privacy Policy
* Guest information collected during booking or stay is used solely for
reservation and service purposes.
* The Resort respects guest privacy and will not share personal data with any
third party, except as required by law.
General Terms
* All guests are expected to comply with Resort rules and safety regulations.
* The management reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions
at
any time without prior notice.
* By confirming a booking with Corbett Nivara Retreat Resort, guests
are
deemed to have read and agreed to
these Terms & Conditions.
